About Us
Cook County Avenger was founded by Ktisifon Tselentis who is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner. He worked as an auditor for the government for over a decade and has witnessed firsthand the deceptive and unethical practices of local governments. He has since dedicated his expertise and services to businesses and individuals affected and targeted by these self-serving government organizations.
